Firmware issues
Is definitely in development stage and cost is expensive but when it works it’s great for Fanatec ps4 using clubsport base not elite have updated firmware a few times and they fix problems with new hardware that made older not work as for button use to change from Fanalogic to Fanatec mode to fix 1 wheel that has rotory incoder it made 20 others not work plus that 1 wheel probably won’t be used by many please get it right for Fanatec non campatable for ps4 as that will be main use for this product Xbox doesn’t really need it unless you run USB pedal or shifter handbrake

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note that if (1) the product is found to be working, (2) the fault/damage is due to misuse, neglect or reasonable wear and tear, or (3) the product is not one which was purchased from us (e.g. mismatching serial numbers, different stocked product), then unfortunately we cannot offer you a remedy. You will be charged a re-delivery fee to have the items returned to you.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: Change of mind returns are accepted. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All returned products must be in original, brand new, and sealed condition. If an item is found to be opened, used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned at the buyers expense.
