FAULTY GOODS: Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund faulty products as per Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note that if (1) the product is found to be working, (2) the fault/damage is due to misuse, neglect or reasonable wear and tear, or (3) the product is not one which was purchased from us (e.g. mismatching serial numbers, different stocked product), then unfortunately we cannot offer you a remedy. You will be charged a re-delivery fee to have the items returned to you.

Upon buying a PS Portal, I found that the thumb sticks are a little too small for my manly hands. The second problem I had was finding well made thumb grips within Australia. Sure, you can have them delivered from another country, but do you want to pay a ridiculous amount for postage? Skull & Co. grips seem to be well regarded and after a little bit of looking around, Gamory came to the rescue. The package comes as a set of six (three pairs) - in the traditional PS4/5 style, extended height and Xbox design. I found the Xbox style to be the most comfortable for me. While these grips are a little tricky to fit, they are good quality and I haven't been disappointed with my purchase. I may get the purple ones some time in the future just to add a little colour to my Midnight Black Portal.

This grip is awesome and I love it. It fits my ROG Ally X perfectly. It provides way more comfort than the device does by itself. I can play for ages comfortably. It also has perfect cut outs for the fan vents and keeps the device running cool. I highly recommend this grip.
