If you haven't heard yet, Pokemon did a remake of the game's Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl versions. It's now available for play on Nintendo Switch, but that's not the only great news! If you buy the new Pokemon remakes before February 21, 2022, you can receive a free Manaphy egg as a bonus.
You heard that right! Pokemon is GIVING AWAY A FREE MANAPHY EGG for all of the early buyers of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
How rare is this mythical creature? You can't get Manaphy any other way other than as an early purchase bonus. So you better grab the games before February 21, 2022.
The Manaphy is a mythical Pokemun and like other mythical Pokemons, it is genederless. The Manaphy is a water-type Pokemon and water makes up 80% of its body. It does not evolve but it does learn many powerful moves as it levels up such as Supersonic, Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, Dive, and Heart Swap, among others.
How to get a free Manaphy egg?
The Manaphy egg is given as a mystery gift, a function that you can unlock in Jubilife City. Once you've successfully unlocked the feature, follow these instructions to download the egg:
- Select Mystery Gift as seen from the menu
- Select "Get via Internet"
- Connect and follow the prompt
- Pick the Manaphy egg from the gift list
After downloading and claiming the Manaphy egg, you'll need to walk a number of steps into the game for the Manaphy to hatch. Another trick is leaving Manaphy with a Ditto at the Pokemon Nursery, it will then produce an egg that hatches into Phione. Phione is another Pokemon that is so rare there's no other way to get it.
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl was launched for Nintendo Switch just last month, November 19, 2021.

After this game series, you better watch out for a new Pokemon adventure called Pokemon Legends: Arceus which will launch on January 28, 2022. It will also have an early purchase gift of a Hisuian Growlithe Kimono outfit for their player character if you purchase the game before May 9, 2022.
